  Well, this resembles Scott Edelman's "This Is Where the Title Goes", from The Journal of Pulse-Pounding Narratives, vol 2 (mothaxle.com/JPPN.html ), *very* much. Check out Scott's homepage, as well: www.scottedelman.com/stories.html (the story itself is not online).
  
  Don't know if Scott had read David Moser's piece, or if it's just coincidence, but the similarities are striking (although there are also huge differences).
  
  Typical.
  
  But I love both pieces.
