  • All right :-)!

(Now, of course, it's time to point out to SFWA that you've been running for a year, so they know it, too ;-).)

    Seriously, Congratulations.
    • Unsu...

we should also contact Locus Magazine and let them know as well...Locus Rocks !!
      • Rich is one of the short fiction reviewers for Locus, the other being Nick Gevers. Both receive each new issue, and both have been effusive in their praise for our authors and their stories. Words fail to express how grateful we are for that. Mark Kelly of Locus Online also mentions every new issue, 'cause he gets a press release. We're extremely fortunate that people like the Locus folks are taking us seriously. We'd love to see that same kind of reception from SFSite, but I think time and a lot more excellent stories will take care of that.
    • We have let the Forum editor know that we'll send any requested story to any voting member of SFWA, but as he's never responded to any mail we've sent, we're unsure whether that's evident to the actual members...

We're not presently members because our attempts to join have gone off into the aether from the SFWA site. But thanks for the reminder; the current SFWA vp is a good friend of ours (and a two-time Aeon author), and we'll remind him and see if he can put bees in the proper bonnets.

And of course if any of youse guys have other suggestions for getting our name out there, feel free. VERY free.
      • Gee, if you bought a story from me, on top of the poem (which can't qualify, alas) I'd just have to ask SFWA to evaluate you....;-).

Oh, but then I'd have to send you a story, wouldn't I?
I will, I will, and another and another and another, until you have to act to stop the flood in your inbox.
