While we're at it...

While we were trumpeting the Aeon Authors' Honorable Mentions in YBFH and YBSF for 2005, we neglected to mention that stories in the one issue of Aeon published in 2004 earned FIVE HMs from Year's Best Science Fiction (we don't have the info for Year's Best Fantasy and Horror for 2004), and those are as follows, alphabetically by author:

Jay Lake, "A Mythic Fear of the Sea"
Holly Wade Matter, "The Russian Winter"
John Meaney, "Blood and Verse"
Lori Ann White, "Silver Land"
Walter Jon Williams, "Logs"

Congratulations to all involved. Yer wonderful altogether.

Hooray! Congrats to all the HMs!
I've been lurking in this tribe for a while, although I was around before...went through a profile change...Hi, Bridget and everyone else from Aeon that I talked to a couple of years ago when I started the Fantasy/SF writers tribe here (though I've passed on the mantle of moderator due to too much going on in my life to keep up :) !) Hoping to be a little more active again finally...
